We randomly checks on drivers cars to make sure we provide you services with the cleanest and most pleasant method of transport possible.
We train our drivers to make your experience as pleasant as possible. We do not tolerate any overcharging, rudeness or bad attitude towards customers during services.
We don’t want drivers to just rely on a Sat Nav system, we actively encourage all of our drivers to increase their knowledge of London roads. Our drivers are also aware of your destination once you are picked up so there is no need to tell the driver all over again where you are going.
We have 50 years combined services experience in the MiniCab industry within our business. Our staff are well trained on our computer system and they are very knowledgable on London roads, especially our local area. If you are having trouble with your address or a pickup/dropoff point, we are here to help.
If you need help with bags or loading luggage or anything else, our drivers are ready to help before you even ask.
We receive unusual requests all the time. Please call us any time and we are sure we can help.

Our office is never closed, not even on Christmas or New Years day. Call us day or night and one of our friendly members of staff will be here to assist you to provide you hassle free services.
Our fleet includes normal cars, Hybrid cars, Estate cars, MPV’s and people carriers to cater for every need.
Once a car is dispatched, our system sends out a message to let you know the driver is on the way. When they arrive, the system sends another message to let you know the driver is outside with the full details of the car (car make, model, colour and registration). Please note, this service does not work with landline numbers.
We have baby/child seats from Birth up to 11 Years Old. Please request a baby/child seat when making your booking quoting the childs age.
If your flight is delayed we do not charge extra to collect you from the airport. We always check on flight arrival times to make sure your driver is dispatched on time if your flight is delayed or if it is coming in early. Please note, the price we charge for airport pickups includes half an hour waiting time and parking charges. If there is an excessive amount of time between the flight landing and passengers coming into arrivals, there may be an additional charge for waiting.
We provide an in Airport pickup service with a sign card in the arrivals hall from Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Southend Airports. From Stansted and London City Airports, the driver will call you to arrange a pickup point.
We do not charge a penny extra for pickups made from train stations.
We can pickup and deliver any item(s) from and to any London address. We charge £2 extra on top of the normal fare for all deliveries.
We do not charge for stopping at cash machines.
If you would like us to wait at your destination and bring you back to your pickup point, we only charge half fare for the return journey. Please note this type of fare only includes 5 minutes waiting time and the wait and return journey must be coming back to our base area.
After the first time you call us, your details are saved on our system so every other time you call from the same number we will know your name, pickup address, previous dropoff address and any special information about your past journey(s).
Our devices use the up to date and powerful Google Maps and Google Navigation. Sat Nav devices often become obsolete very quickly due to the need of constant updates for new roads, postcodes and addresses. Google maintain live Maps and Navigation at all times so new addresses and road updates are always current. Once the driver arrives at a pickup, the device shows the full details of the journey. The drivers device is equipped with very accurate GPS so we can also track the whereabouts of any driver to assist them with pickups and dropoffs. This also allows us to send the car very quickly as we are able to see the closest available car to any pickup point.
For every job we quote one single price. You will not be quoted one price and then charged another price by the driver once you are dropped off (as long as the job specifics do not change such as destination, amount of passengers or luggage etc). The price is always displayed on our drivers devices so you can always ask to have a look.
We do not charge you extra for booking a minicab at night.
If you have a small pet such as a dog which you can place on your lap or an animal in a cage, we do not charge extra. If you have a large dog or animal there may be an extra charge. Please note any damage or mess caused to a drivers car by any animal will have to be paid for by the accompanying customer.
